Rua Communications specialise in facilitating effective communication between clients and their target audiences through a variety of mediums. Our role is to assist in clarifying and articulating the vision, values and purpose of their enterprise. Once alignment before action has been ensured, we then collaborate on highlighting the ability and reputation of the client we are showcasing.
Emer Doyle is the founder of Rua Communications and hails from County Wexford. She graduated from Dublin City University in 2005 with a B.A. honours degree in Communication Studies, specialising in radio production. Aged 23, Emer became self employed and began her business career as an enterprise co-ordinator with Celtic Enterprises, which has seen her deliver innovative entrepreneurship programmes to over 600 students each year within the mainstream second level education system, a role she still performs today.
In 2007, Emer established her creative consultancy business Rua Communications and continues to expand on the services she offers by utilising her creative talent, enterprise experience and her ability to relate and communicate with people. She has collaborated on a range of projects in both public and private sectors.
Emer is an accredited certified coach (ACSTH) awarded by
Coaching Development and holds a HETAC level 7 award in coaching skills.
She lectures with Coaching Development as a mentor on their coaching
certificate courses. Emer is also a practitioner in Integrated Energy Therapy
and operates a coaching practice called Rua Wellness.
